Initial consultations are in total confidence, without obligation and free of charge. If we cannot help we will say so and try and find someone else who can. Our goal is to build trusted, enduring relationships with clients and to be confirmed as the best in our profession.

Annual Retainer
For a modest annual retainer we will:

 Carry out an initial review of your control resources, policies and processes, coupled with a fraud diagnostic check and provide a benchmark report with recommendations.

 Provide you with continuing intelligence on risks
•
 Remain on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide rapid solutions to control related problems wherever they arise
•
 Work as mentors with your internal teams wherever
and whenever you want
Special Projects
We will work to an agreed budget for diagnostic checks,
investigations and recovery assignments and draw down fees at
an agreed daily rate. Because of our mentoring approach we are
usually cheaper than our competitors
Success Fee
On asset tracing, diagnostic checks and recovery assignments we
will review the case papers free of charge and advise you on the
likelihood of success and make sure you do not throw good money
after bad. Depending on your instructions we will either work for
a daily fee or for a percentage of recoveries
We will always make every effort to deliver value for money, exceed your expectations and work with your internal teams to transfer knowledge and experience, willingly.
